Upon entering this 100 m² home, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed, dining area for four, and air conditioning. The private, covered terrace overlooks the sea and gardens—perfect for breakfast or a peaceful dinner.



The living room offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning, a separate balcony, and views of the beach, gardens, and pool.
