Come on in and take a look at this lovely townhouse in Marbella! It's super comfy and stylish. The ground floor has a big living room, great for chilling out or having fun. Big windows let you see the private garden, so it feels like the inside and outside are all one. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern stuff you need to cook up a storm. Upstairs, there are three nice bedrooms, including a master suite with its own bathroom. Each bedroom is made for you to relax in, with fresh sheets and plenty of space for your things. Outside, the private garden is a peaceful spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sun. Plus, there's a private garage, so parking is easy.

The location in Nueva Andalucía also makes it simple to get to major roads, making day trips to nearby towns and attractions a piece of cake. Whether you like buses or driving, exploring the Costa del Sol from our townhouse is a piece of cake.

Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the townhouse. Kindly respect the community's quiet hours, typically from 11 PM to 8 AM.
