Welcome to our holiday home in Dama de noche in Nueva Andalucia, within walking distance to Puerto Banus and only a 10 minute drive to Marbella. The flat is located next to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, there are also many golf courses nearby.
This luxury holiday home is built on one level, it consists of 1 bedroom with 2 en-suite bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room with a modern kitchen and a large terrace with lots of privacy.
The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed of 180x200m. It has blackout blinds for a good night\'s sleep. The bedroom has 2 en-suite bathrooms, both with bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. There is also a hairdryer for your use.
The living-dining room has a sofa with a dining table and 2 armchairs to enjoy with family and friends or to watch TV.
The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle and a toaster. There is also a small storage room with washing machine and dryer.
The small island in the kitchen is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a quick breakfast.
The terrace is enclosed with glass courtains, so the terrace slides into the living room.
WIFI is also available in all rooms and we provide bath towels and bed linen.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
