Casa Palmera is a beautifully decorated three-storey townhouse located in the peaceful gardens of Marbellamar, a prestigious beachfront community in Marbella's coveted Golden Mile. Just 100 metres from the sandy beaches of Playa Casablanca, this elegant property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with style and comfort, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor living areas.



Important note: Marbellamar is a quiet, residential area comprising stylish townhouses in a privileged location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Palmera is not suitable for stag/hen party groups or guests planning to organise noisy gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially in common areas.



Guests can enjoy two spacious private terraces, including a magnificent rooftop area equipped with sun loungers, a covered lounge, and offering partial sea and mountain views. The ground floor terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, equipped with a gas barbecue, outdoor seating and shaded areas.



The interiors of Casa Palmera are equally impressive. The ground floor features a modern fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee maker, together with a tastefully furnished lounge, separate dining room, a smaller double bedroom, guest cloakroom and shower room. On the first floor, the spacious master suite includes a superking bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing rooms. Two additional guest bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with two single beds—share a family shower room. The third floor opens onto the spacious rooftop terrace.



Casa Palmera is exceptionally well located. The beachfront promenade extends from the charming Old Town of Marbella to the glamour of Puerto Banús, offering scenic walks, jogging or cycling. Iconic destinations such as the Marbella Club and the Puente Romano Resort —with their Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury bars— are just a few minutes' walk away. The property also benefits from proximity to local supermarkets, more than 30 excellent restaurants and convenient public transport options, making a car unnecessary.



Casa Palmera guests enjoy access to the community's private pool (which only opens during the warmer months), as well as tennis and padel courts. For those seeking more active pursuits, the area offers a wide range of leisure options including water sports, sailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding and golf at one of the many world-class courses nearby.



Additional features include modern bathrooms with power showers, quality cotton bedding and towels, optional cleaning service and a complete entertainment system offering more than 1,000 international television channels —including BT Sports, Sky Sports and Sky Movies— as well as a wide selection of free films and series. High-speed WiFi (up to 100mb) with unlimited downloads is also included.



The property is managed by Finest Rentals, a family business with excellent reviews across all holiday rental platforms, ensuring guests receive first-class service and an unforgettable experience.



For added convenience, guests can arrange cleaning and linen changes during their stay for an additional cost. We also offer cleaning services and can arrange catering within the property.



One of our team members will personally carry out your check-in and check-out and will remain available nearby if you need anything. Otherwise, we will respect your privacy so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Easter: The pool is usually open during the Easter weekend in Spain, but this can vary each year — please confirm with us closer to your stay, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (weather permitting)



1 May to 15 June: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



16 June to 31 August: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.



1 September to 15 October: 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.



The pool is closed outside these dates and times.
