We are lucky enough to offer for holiday rental this lovely “Andaluz” style townhouse owned by a lovely Irish family. The house was built circa 2000 & was modernised by the new owners 2 years ago to a fantastic standard. The complex is a combination of privately owned pretty houses resembling a white pueblo village, typical of Southern Spain.
Conveniently situated just off the famous Golden Mile, opposite the 5 start resort of Puente Romano, so a 10 min stroll to the beach. Midway between Marbella Centre & the port of Puerto Banus, approx. 6 km separate these famous resorts on the tranquil Mediterranean Sea.
The house has 3 levels a very spacious lounge and kitchen “open plan” style occupying the ground floor leading onto the lovely rear patio with external dining, lounge seating & sunbeds as well as a huge electric awning for those extra hot summer days.
Take the stair to the first floor, where there is a master bedroom with a Kingsize quality bed with an ensuite shower room, with views to the rear from the bay window. Another bathroom with shower, vanity units & bidet reside in the hallway. The hallway leads to the twin front bedroom, with garden views through this bay window & Juliet balcony.
Up to the top floor you have a large bedroom with quality Kingsize bed, dormer window in the roof & an ensuite that feature a bathtub. Leading off this area is the roof terrace with a small table & chairs and features gorgeous views to the sea, Puerto Banus in the distance & on a clear day Morocco on another continent. A manual awning is also supplied here to protect you from the sun if required.
The house benefits from high-speed Wi-Fi, IPTV international TV with Netflix etc. All rooms have zoned climate control, so each room can have its own comfort setting.
The community has a lovely swimming pool (unheated), kiddie pool, tendered gardens & wonderful aromas from the planting within. There is also a covered garage for the guests use for their car if needed.
