Spacious 4-bedroom townhouse with a spectacular rooftop terrace in the heart of Marbella Old Town, approximately a 10-minute walk from Playa La Venus and close to Parque de la Alameda. Located near the historic Church of La Encarnación and Plaza de los Naranjos, this south-facing home is perfect for families and groups looking to enjoy Marbella on foot.



The ground floor features a modern open-plan kitchen with peninsula, a dining area and a spacious hall with large windows overlooking a charming Andalusian-style patio. There is also a full bathroom and access to the upper floors.



The first floor has four bedrooms: a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, two bedrooms with double beds and a fourth bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have natural light and share a full bathroom.



The upper floor offers a comfortable lounge with large sofas, a full bathroom and a laundry area. From here, you can access the large terrace, with an outdoor dining table and chairs. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop solarium, where you can relax on the sun loungers, enjoy views over Marbella and La Encarnación Church, and cool off under the outdoor shower.
