It is distributed in two bedrooms, the bright living room and the full kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including oven and washing machine. There are two complete bathrooms. The terrace is furnished, perfect also for sunbathing. There is air conditioning throughout the house and heating for the colder months. There is also WiFi connection.

The apartment is located in the urbanization Banana Beach, has a summer swimming pool (open exclusively during the summer months from June to September, although the opening may vary without notice) green areas and right in front of the building is the bus stop for buses to the city center. This residential complex is next to the famous arch that marks the entrance to Marbella, in the same Playa del Cable.

It is ideal for families and groups of friends. Parking is available in the surrounding area.
