PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICIES

We request 50% of the total amount in order to confirm the booking.
Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.
Late check-in, that have to be paid in cash:
From 21 PM to 00:00 AM there is an extra charge of 40 euros.
From 00:00 AMto 05:00 AM there is an extra charge of 55 euros.

We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.
We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.
We charge 10€ for a pet per day. (Must not exceed 10 kg)
Final cleaning is included in the quotation.
Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
There will be no refund offered if reservation is cancelled within 07 days before intended arrival.Those bookings longer than 28 nights Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival day.
