Great for families! You are just 200 meters from the Paseo Marítimo and the beach. A 5 minute stroll will take you to the center of Marbella’s Old Town or the Parque de la Alameda and the famous collection of sculptures by Salvador Dali on the Avenida del Mar.
The apartment has a long balcony with great views over the leafy square, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room with an open plan kitchen, where you can enjoy family time. High speed Internet with Wi-Fi access and multi-channel, multi-language TV are provided free of charge. You also have the convenience of a lift to your front door and your own garage space. This fully air-conditioned apartment is equipped with modern furniture and brand new appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and even a blender for making those all-important smoothies on a hot day!
