It was a beautiful place, lovely to relax in, service was excellent, love the gardeners, love the llamas (or alpacas - unclear), lovely jacuzzi. Could fit twelve people or six alpacas in the jacuzzi and still have room to do laps. Unfort we were incredibly incapable of temperature regulation (possibly our fault). The dome became a whole greenhouse during the day and outside was somehow too cold unless you were in the jacuzzi. Also the drinking water situation was a challenge - BYOW.

The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer.

This place is unbelievable! Such an experience. It will definitely be memorable. The stones are so beautiful and modern. The views are stunning. They brought us a beautiful breakfast to our dome. The staff was amazing. Helping us with everything. They made a bonfire at night and helped us with it. They helped us with the outdoor jacuzzi. Make sure to tell them you want to use it a couple of hours before because it takes tome to heat. We loved it. They also arranged horseback riding right from the hotel. The views were incredible.

Un sĂ©jour inoubliable dans un lieu magique ! Le dĂŽme offre une vue spectaculaire sur toute la vallĂ©e — un vrai cocon au cƓur de la nature. Le bar Ă©tait gĂ©nial, et un immense merci Ă  Braulio pour son accueil chaleureux et ses dĂ©licieux cocktails. Nous avons trĂšs trĂšs bien mangĂ© tout au long du sĂ©jour : un grand bravo au chef du dĂźner ainsi qu’à celui du petit dĂ©jeuner, tout Ă©tait parfait. Le jacuzzi face Ă  la vallĂ©e, entourĂ© d’alpagas, Ă©tait une expĂ©rience unique ! Merci aussi Ă  la personne qui s’est occupĂ©e de nous pour le jacuzzi et pour le soin apportĂ© Ă  nos bagages.
