O travesseiro estava com uma pequena mancha de sangue. O chuveiro eletrônico não estava funcionando. A pia do banheiro estava vazando. A atendente do horário da manhã péssima. Solicitei manutenção por duas vezes e ela ignorou. O chuveiro elétrico foi concertado após dois dias. Café da manhã bom. As funcionárias da cozinha atenciosas. Boa localização.

Recebemos um primeiro quarto (número 7) com cheiro de esgoto e ao questionarmos, n fomos bem atendidas. Como se fossemos obrigados a aceitar dormir sentindo mal cheiro. Apos discutir a situacao nos deram um quarto melhor, porém ja senrimos esse mal estar de comunicação ruim por parte da atendente.
