Friendly staff, the property was okay, but the elevator wasn’t working, and I was on the 4th floor and have to go up and down 60 steps every time, and also the Wi-Fi did not work in my room. Amazing view and excellent fresh break fast every morning

Good - location on the quiet end of the beach. - Breakfast was very good. - Very clean and bright. Not so good: -They had a lack of warm water for the shower in the morning. - The room had no storage shelves - had to leave everything on the floor. - The beach front spot lights were left on all night - not good for sleeping and not good for sea turtles.

Ficamos hospedados em um quarto muito pequeno, quase claustrofóbico, Ficamos aliviados de ter escolhido apenas uma noite em Maragogi. A rua de chegada no hotel é bem complicada, não há espaço para duas mãos e o estacionamento fica em um terreno baldio na rua anterior, que tinha um pouco de lixo espalhado, não ficamos muito felizes, espacialmente por ser um carro alugado, mas correu tudo tranquilamente. A recepção foi excelente, as cadeiras com pé na areia fez muita diferença nas horas que passamos na pousada. Tudo estava bem limpo e a equipe foi simpática e solicita em todos os nossos pedidos! Perdemos o café da manhã pois saímos antes das 7h para um passeio.

Boa tarde! Gostaria de alerta-los para essa acomodação. Uma das piores experiências que já tive, falta de toalha, falta de água, atendimento precário e despreparado. Foi uma experiência frustrante, chegamos no hotel e só entramos às 15:30H. Pois o quarto estava sendo limpo ainda. Foi uma experiência que não quero repetir e recomendo a todos, busquem outra opção.

Pousada simples, quarto pequeno e banheiro pequeno também, porém com chuveiro muito bom e a vista para praia maravilhosa. A principal vantagem é o pé na areia, pois o café da manhã é bem simples e a rua de acesso é bem estreita, complicado chegar lá de carro. No entanto eu recomendo pela localização.

A equipe é muito boa e solícita, mas a estrutura deixa muito a desejar. As toalhas de banho estão velhas; o ferro de passar roupa é muito antigo; o café da manhã não é adequado ao preço cobrado pela comodidade (os alimentos são reaproveitados para os dias posteriores. Se ninguém comeu é porque é ruim!), e, além disso, os alimentos são sempre os mesmos. No primeiro dia sequer havia goma de tapioca. O estacionamento não é na propriedade, fica em uma área pública distante cerca de 500m da propriedade. Qual o sentido informar que há estacionamento no local? Apesar de ser réveillon, o preço cobrado pela diária (quase mil reais) não condiz com o serviço ofertado.
