Friendly staff, the property was okay, but the elevator wasn’t working, and I was on the 4th floor and have to go up and down 60 steps every time, and also the Wi-Fi did not work in my room. Amazing view and excellent fresh break fast every morning

Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night.

Good - location on the quiet end of the beach. - Breakfast was very good. - Very clean and bright. Not so good: -They had a lack of warm water for the shower in the morning. - The room had no storage shelves - had to leave everything on the floor. - The beach front spot lights were left on all night - not good for sleeping and not good for sea turtles.

Saímos mais cedo para um passeio de barco e muito embora a mesa do café estivesse posta, a funcionária não nos deixou tomar café, disse que só começaria as sete. A mesma mostou-se incomodada porque estava conversando assunto da vida pessoal com a pessoa que arrumava as comidas! Total falta de cortesia! Falta de educação mesmo! O mato em volta da propriedade é absurda! Temos que andar até quase a beira da praia pra ter areia! Posso mostrar em fotos! Do lado de fora lixo e mato pra todos os lados! O estacionamento, é cerca de 100 metros da propriedade e com o mato nos joelhos! Ninguém vigia os carros. Quando retornamos do passeio não havia luz, ou seja, não pudemos tomar banho e sendo assim, arrumamos nossas coisas no escuro pra ir embora, após sucessivas insatisfações. Nós cumprimos as regras da pousada, mas a pousada abusou totalmente de nós quando quis atender seus interesses, nos deixando passar por estas situações! Nunca mais me hospedou aí e não recomendo!

A Pousada é um ótimo custo benefício, ótima localização, fica bem em frente à praia e próxima da Orla da cidade. A equipe de funcionários são incríveis, super educados e prestativos. Os quartos acomodaram bem eu e minha família.

As fotos não correspondem com a realidade, mostram um tipo de acomodação mas o que encontramos foi deprimente. Um quarto com janela para o corredor. Oferecem estacionamento que fica a duas quadras do local no meio do mato. Não tiveram a capacidade de roçar o local Café da manhã desorganizado. Classificação 3 estrelas??

Quarto pouco espaço a água da chuva bate na janela e desce para o chão sem armário nenhum no quarto geladeira enferrujada infelizmente dessa vez não tive uma boa hospedagem na cabanos sem colchão nos bangalôs café da manhã não tinha Nei manteiga que é algo essencial não tinha tapioca funcionaria da cozinha não está preparada para lidar com hóspedes deixou muito a desejar o único funcionário que dou nota mil é o Vitor que graça de menino ! Muito desicato atencioso prestativo sem palavras !
