Terrific Beach Vacation Spot for Families

Facilities and service were excellent. The food was varied and plentiful and some of it (baking, desserts) were truly outstanding. The live music and extensive children’s activities were very impressive. The children seemed to be having even more fun than the adults!

The property is clean and designed well. It's quiet and has many amenities. The road surrounding the property is a mess and the area is still being developed. That said Maragogi is beautiful. Clear blue water and awesome weather. The bad is getting to and from the property. Rent a car if you can or workout transport in advance.

We had a little mishap with our room at the beginning but was corrected. The infrastructure in the hotel is good, but it's right beside a construction site, so lot's of noise since early in the morning. Our room was across the linen closet, the cleaning ladies were so loud early in the morning as well, so no good sleep at all. The pool needs a good clean, specially where the sunloungers are. Congratulations to the chef, food is amazing at breakfast and dinner buffets. Overall it's a nice hotel. Needs to learn more about what Expedia is, their VIP perks and levels. No one at the reception knew nor heard about Expedia.

The ocean in front of the hotel was as beautiful as any Caribbean sea. After seeing Praia Antunes in front of the hotel, I understood why they call Maragogi the Caribbean of Brazil. Our specially ordered dinner on the sand was so romantic and memorable. Not only was the atmosphere great, but the food was better than most good restaurants. Agnaldo, the waiter who served us, was so nice that he even organized special music for us and made us feel like VIPs. I am so grateful. We had a sea view room, but it was a bit far from the ocean, so I wouldn't choose that room if I came back here. Special thanks also to Tamires at Reception. She was so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.

Checkin bom. Sugiro avisar aos parceiros que vista piscina pode ser térreo e não andar acima do térreo. Nas fotos disponíveis o cliente é induzido a acreditar que vista piscina vc terá uma "vista". No entanto nos colocaram no térreo. Não tínhamos mobilidade reduzida e nem criança menor de 13 anos. Pedimos para mudar ainda no checkin e não o fizeram. Logo depois chegaram pessoas em quádruplo e foram acomodadas em andar acima do térreo. Assim, quem paga pela "vista", é enganado pq nem a piscina vimos direito pq tinha parque aquático infantil e mesas na nossa frente (quarto perto da recepção). No mais a limpeza muito boa, assim como tamanho do quarto, ar condicionado. O café da manhã e jantar bem variados. Funcionários muito educados e disponíveis. Ester camareira uma graça de pessoa. Adriana na chapa do café da manhã, fazia exatamente como pedido o omelete tapioca crepioca etc. O mar a frente do hotel é um espetáculo a parte: azul caribenho, sem pedras e mesmo na maré cheia era o banho sem ondas derrubando. Recreação agradável. Mas não participei bem, pelo que não posso avaliar. Música ao vivo todas as noites. A exceção dos trio raiz sanfona/triângulo e zabumba, os demais pareciam não ter preparado um repertório. Certamente voltaria, mas exigiria garantia de ocupar quarto adequado ao pago.
