On the ground floor there is a large living room on two levels, with a dining area and a fireplace. The kitchen equipped with dishwasher, offers access to a covered terrace with barbecue. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and washing machine. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub; two twin bedrooms (joinable) sharing a second bathroom with shower. The flooring of the entire house is made of terracotta. A further large terrace accessible from the living area also offers the possibility to enjoy a beautiful panorama with sea views. In the outdoor areas there are two showers. The windows are also equipped with mosquito nets.
