You will have exclusive use of the villa and all outdoor spaces. Entry is via a covered driveway with 3 parking spaces, followed by a lit staircase leading to the residence.
Inside, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open-plan living area on two levels, a dining area with fireplace, and a comfortable lounge. The living room opens onto a large covered terrace furnished with a dining table and barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals and enjoying unforgettable sunsets.
A second, more secluded covered terrace is ideal for reading or working, while the outdoor shower is set in the lush garden. Going further down, you reach the sea-view terrace with sunbeds, deck chairs, and an umbrella, right up to the private slide for direct access to the water.
