Villa dei Tramonti is an exclusive villa overlooking the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, in Torre delle Stelle on the Cann'e Sisa coast. From the 3 terraces you can admire the sea and sky that merge into a single horizon, giving life to postcards in motion that are different in every single moment. From the staircase leading to the terrace overlooking the sea, you can easily enter the water thanks to the private slide access, which makes this splendid summer residence unique and unparalleled.
The space
It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms located in the central building, each with its own private bathroom: 2 double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed. The double bedrooms have a beautiful sea view. The villa accommodates up to 6 guests, and a baby crib is available upon request. Air conditioning, WiFi, and a television are provided for your comfort.
Guest access
The villa will be at your sole and complete disposal, including the outdoor spaces (except for the annex).
You can access Villa dei Tramonti via the covered driveway, where 3 parking spaces are available. Through the illuminated staircase, you reach the central part of the residence. The villa has a large kitchen equipped with all amenities, including a coffee machine, with an adjacent bathroom and an outdoor laundry area. The large 2-level open space living room consists of the dining area with a wall fireplace and the living/relaxation area from which you can access the large covered terrace equipped with a dining table and barbecue, from which you can observe sunsets and unique views comfortably from the armchairs. A dedicated workspace is also available for those who need it. From the living room, you can access the staircase that leads to the open-air floor below through another door, where there is a second covered terrace ideal as a reading/work area and the outdoor shower hidden between the greenery of the garden. Continuing up the staircase, you reach the terrace 5 meters above the sea, furnished with deck chairs and an umbrella. Going down the last steps, you reach the slide that leads directly to the sea.
We recommend the use of a car to reach the villa due to the dirt roads that lead to the property. Once you arrive, you can walk to both the supermarket and the beach, which are a 15-minute walk away. One pet is welcome upon agreement. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
