Villa Bunganvillea is located in Geremeas in southern Sardinia, near Cagliari and Villasimius, within the Country Club, 100 meters from the sea. The beach is a two-minute walk away; it was recently awarded the “White Flag” and is located in one of Sardinia’s most beautiful bays, featuring fine sand and crystal-clear water.

You can choose between the public beach or the paid services offered by the two beach clubs on site.

A very comfortable and welcoming villa for eight people, featuring three bedrooms—one with a double bed, one with twin beds that can be converted into a double, and a third with two double bunk beds—as well as a spacious living room, kitchen, and two full bathrooms, plus an outdoor guest bathroom with a shower.

Villa Buganvillea features a beautiful, well-maintained garden, and the outdoor spaces are very inviting; in the morning, you can enjoy breakfast on the patio, and in the evening, you can dine under the bougainvillea-covered gazebo.

Outside, there is a very convenient outdoor shower that helps keep the bathrooms and the house tidier.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large refrigerator—perfect for several people—and a chest-style freezer.

Its prime location, just a short walk from a beautiful beach, makes it a very quiet and secluded spot—an ideal vacation destination where you can relax completely, whether for short or long stays.
