Tanca De Mar- Domu Vernaccia

Welcome to Domu Vernaccia – your peaceful retreat in the splendid Tanca de Mar

Located in the exclusive Tanca de Mar, Domu Vernaccia is a cozy home furnished with refined materials and an authentic Sardinian touch. Perfect for those seeking a stay immersed in nature, relaxation, and authenticity.

Tanca de Mar: where nature meets tradition

Just 18 km from Cagliari, Tanca de Mar is a multifunctional farm embracing the rhythm of the land. Here, olive groves, vineyards, and vegetables are cultivated, beekeeping is practiced, and Sardinian horses and donkeys are bred. The Equestrian Center, a highlight of the estate, offers the opportunity to book riding lessons for a unique experience.

The estate consists of seven “Domu” nestled in a 5,000 sqm park, with each unit designed to ensure privacy and comfort. Beyond the accommodations, you will find the manor house, a Club House, stables, a farmhouse, and a wonderful panoramic swimming pool.

Your accommodation: Domu Vernaccia

Domu Vernaccia is located in one of the villas on the estate, which houses four fully independent units, each with its own private entrance.

- A spacious double bedroom with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere.

- A private bathroom equipped with all comforts.

- A large patio with a fully equipped kitchenette, featuring an induction cooktop.

- Air conditioning and a ceiling fan to ensure a pleasant stay in every season.

Common areas and relaxation

Guests of Tanca de Mar can enjoy:

- A panoramic swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

- Shaded gazebos, ideal for reading or sipping a refreshing drink.

- A cozy portico at the farmhouse, perfect for relaxing.

An authentic experience

At Tanca de Mar, you can explore the natural beauty of the estate, breathe in the scents of the Mediterranean scrub, and be lulled by the song of the birds. It is possible, upon reservation and availability, to taste local products and traditional Sardinian dishes for an immersion in the island's authentic flavors.

Sustainability and authenticity

Tanca de Mar has been built using cutting-edge technologies to reduce environmental impact, respecting the land and offering an eco-friendly experience.

Please note: Wi-Fi is free, but the quality may not be sufficient for work-related activities or intensive streaming. This is a small price to pay for living in a place where you can reconnect with nature and find serenity.
