It was a mild experience, the hotel building in new and well preserved, the staff is friendly and competent. The room we stayed at was small, the toilet and shower rooms was not well designed. When you shower the shower leaks water to the room because of how it was designed. They don’t have smart TVs, no Netflix, YouTube, etc

I spent two weeks at ONOMO and everyday something is broke. The TV in my room did not work for five days and one to fix it. Many times the towels were still dirty. No shampoo the entire stay.
