Summary:
At Blue Drift, the Oregon Coast begins beneath the evergreens and continues about ten minutes away on foot at Manzanita Beach. The remodeled property gives ten guests an open gathering space with vaulted ceilings, a large kitchen, and an electric fireplace, while four bedrooms provide room to separate. A fenced backyard, covered patio, grill, hammocks, and outdoor games bring the stay outside. Pets are welcome, and downtown Manzanita is a short drive away.
The Space:
Blue Drift brings a wooded Neahkahnie setting together with the space a group needs after a day on the coast. The remodeled interior feels open and bright, while the surrounding evergreens, fenced backyard, and covered patio keep the property connected to its setting.
The main living area places the kitchen, dining space, and lounge beneath vaulted ceilings. A large sectional faces the electric fireplace and television, giving the group room for a movie, conversation, or a quiet evening after the beach. Sliding glass doors extend the gathering space toward the backyard.
Kitchen and dining
The full kitchen includes generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, an island with bar seating, cookware, dishes, and the equipment needed for shared meals. The dining table and kitchen island allow guests to gather without separating the person cooking from the rest of the group.
Backyard
The fenced backyard opens toward the surrounding trees. A covered patio with seating and a grill creates space for meals outside, while hammocks and outdoor games give children and adults more ways to use the yard.

The Neighborhood:
Blue Drift sits among the evergreens in Neahkahnie, a residential coastal neighborhood north of central Manzanita. The setting provides separation from the activity in town while keeping Manzanita Beach accessible on foot.
Manzanita Beach stretches for seven miles along the Pacific, with room for walking, beachcombing, kite flying, and time on the sand. Neahkahnie Mountain and Oswald West State Park bring hiking trails and forested headlands into the surrounding area.
Downtown Manzanita is a short drive away, with restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops, and everyday supplies along Laneda Avenue. Nehalem Bay offers kayaking, fishing, crabbing, and access to more of the northern Oregon Coast.
Getting Around:
Manzanita Beach is about a 10-minute walk from Blue Drift. Coastal roads and walking routes may be sloped, wet, uneven, or dark after sunset.
A vehicle is recommended for reaching downtown Manzanita, trailheads, Nehalem Bay, Cannon Beach, and other destinations along the Oregon Coast.
