Pleasantly surprised by how nice the property was maintained. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was a tad high, but I was able to get on it and it was comfortable. We were able to walk across the street for dinner and shopping. We will definitely return.

We book a king bed only to find a queen upon arrival. It was a long day and we just needed to rest so making a phone call about the bed would be more work.

Had a nice stay here during peak beach season. The only drawback to the location was the road noise, but my white noise machine took care of that. The room was very clean, my daughter spilled some bubbles on the floor and there wasn't even a suggestion of dirt when I cleaned them up! I've stayed in more expensive properties and cannot say the same about them. The only thing that would make the room a little better would be a small table and chairs to eat at, otherwise the room was very nice and felt like staying at a friend's rather than a motel. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

We were next to the laundry room. There was a loud sound coming through the bathroom all night, pipes over the shower, sounded like water was being poured in the tub no hot water, no shower. You could not pull the. Lever to start a shower the water was lukewarm couldn’t get any hotter. The staff was nice, but we had to change hotels and get our money back.

Had an emergency surgery tracheotomy on Wednesday. No refund !! Julie a from hotels.com you should be ashamed of yourself for this. And the hotel itself is just as bad. Even though we had trip insurance they still wouldn’t issue a refund before the check in dates. I’ll never use hotels.com or this hotel Scarborough inn!! Very rude people!!
