Tara the manager reached out to us before our stay and was super friendly and helpful. I was worried since it was non-refundable but the room was clean, modern, and the place had free coffee, a fire pit, and was very comfortable! Would for sure stay here again!!

The Island Guesthouse was the perfect place to stay for our quick trip out of town! Our room was so clean and extremely well-maintained. It was really nice because it was away from all the in-season crowds but still close to the beaches and more touristy areas. The whole hotel has a lot of personality and really had We really, really liked it here and we definitely be back for a next trip to the Outer Banks!

Enjoyed my stay at island guest house and motel. The staff were super nice and extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and inviting. The entire property was clean. Amenity’s of the BYOB bar and fire pit area is inviting and so cute. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
