Customer service was not excellent nor good. There were children in the pool area at 9pm when the pool closes and the staff at the time turned the lights off making it impossible for the children to look for there things to walk out. Staff was not so friendly unless you flashed money at them. I was over charged a few times after drinking alcohol.
