The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable and spacious. We loved how close it was the the Xfinity Center, we were able to walk there and back and didn’t have to worry about post concert traffic.

Loved the new property. Clean and quite . Just a few things…shower was warm, turned on tv and both went on, and no back up toilet tissue. All in all I’d stay again. Nice place

Brand new hotel was clean and the perfect location. Had issue with the AC not working in room 203. Location is perfect to walk to a concert and Xfinity Center about 15 mins away.

We had an issue with the room when we checked in, but the staff was really responsive, quickly changed our room, escorted us to the new room and did a full inspection. Truly appreciated the attention to the matter

This was a brand new property and we only stayed one night. The checkin instructions on the site were not what was needed but a quick call to the property and it was all set. It was a great rate and we stayed there due to the walking distance to the xfinity center, an easy 20 min with police helping at crossings during the show times!

Room was clean other than finding some hair. Kitchen was clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. Unfortunately, rooms not very sound proof and woke up to housekeeping staff yelling outside the room all morning.

Room and property were great. Clean , quiet, room well equipped. Our only issue was the room had two tv’s and c cj a single remote that controlled both at same time. You could not watch different programs or adjust volume on just one. Otherwise it was great

Very clean and well appointed suite. Had a private office area and kitchenette with utensils, plates, cups, and glasses. Even had dishwasher with cleaners. Extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed but, no extra pillow for said bed. There was limited “front desk” service and you may have to go to fairfield inn located next door. Otherwise, Very comfortable and meticulously clean room. Would totally stay again!

The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

My new absolute favorite place to stay! The XStay location we stayed at looked like it was very recently built and brand new. It’s more like luxury apartment extended stay for corporate workers than a hotel. There was no check in desk and check in related signage was not complete, but we finally figured out that the Fairfield Inn Suites about 60 yards away would handle it. A simple sign would have saved us the xtra 30 minutes of stress. The room had a cali king bed with king pillows, kohler bathroom fixtures, new carpets, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, dishes, etc - like a suite. It was super quiet, clean, and beautiful. Aroma Joes is in walking distance! Made our weekend getaway stay so comfortable and perfect. Very conveniently located for travelers. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed. My room door was open while we were away from the property and I called immediately to address the situation. Politely asked for a member of management to contact us and they never did. Very very disappointed!!!!! We were told a different rate than what we were charged as well. Again, very disappointed!
