Bed was good,hot water was great,no coffee pot,pool was closed for the 4th year in a row,, breakfast was not satisfactory,,all three days,, smoke alarm going off -- had to switch rooms,, attendant very helpful and accommodating,no computer chair just a 4 post seat,, multiple things bad for the price,, will not be there anymore.

My first stay at this location and if I need to be in the area again I will stay here again. Online check-in allowed me to go directly to my room when I arrived and the staff was very accommodating and professional. Room was spacious, clean and the be was comfortable. It was such a good experience I was happy to write this review.

The Hotel was clean if somewhat run down. It would probably be good for a one night stay but we stayed 7 days. There was maid service the second day because we filled out the card no more until Friday from Saturday, Not even to dump the trash. Had to go to main desk to get big trash bag and no card to request maid service. Also had to go to main desk to get towels and toilet paper as nothing was checked. Have traveled the world with Military Dad and don't necessarily expect perfection but never saw a hotel that didn't at least empty the trash and fill the toilet paper. Also no hot items for breakfast 2 of the 7 days. Luckily Ashland had a few restaurants open Thanksgiving morning. Desk clerk only apologized the first morning and then treated it like it was normal. Never again.

We paid $96 in Ashland, OH for 1 night. We were just passing thru. Rooms smelled like Body oder. Not sure if the sheets and blankets were even clean. Previous guess dirty wash clothes hanging off shower rod. The carpet was all stained. Just disgusting.

Dirty carpets....very dirty!!!!

Checked in late evening after all day drive. Very tired. Parking lot empty. Lobby and breakfast area appeared clean. Carpets in room 212 were disgusting. Did not want to take shoes off. Carpet in elevator appeared to be 50 years old and never cleaned. Pool was beautiful. Paint/wall paper in hallway were damaged all along hallway as if damaged by luggage carrier. Breakfast food was OK but all bread products were in individual baggies with date on baggies with magic marker. Watched guest look at this and walk away. Went to check out and there were no luggage carriers available and there were only 3 cars in the parking lot. Next question.... if there were only 3 cars in lot, assume hotel fairly empty, was the room they gave us the only room available ?? I would give rooms out by the condition of the room. 212 should have been the last room given out. Will not stat here ever again....and you should inspect this property before you list it and risk your reputation. Does Wyngate or Wyndham have an inspection team before their name goes on the building

Short distance from the interstate, decent breakfast and coffee, good check-in. Only complaint was the beds were not great in both rooms we booked - frames were broken, mattresses sinking almost to the floor for larger folks.

We used to stay here when it was a Holiday Inn Express. We will no longer stay here. The front door did not open automatically. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Shower was old, stained, not hot, came out like you turned on the tap not a shower. Wallpaper appeared to be coming off. Furniture was old & scratched up. Need I go on? If we had not paid for both nights we would not have stayed for fear of losing our money. Very Disappointed

Pleasant staff and just the right breakfast choices. My only complaint would be the guest immediately above my room (310). They appeared to have young children who ran back and forth in the room early in the AM and later in the evening. They may have requested a room on an upper floor but would recommend placing families with young children on the ground floor. Not a game changer but was a little annoying.
