I travel to ny a few times a year and ALWAYS stay at a Hampton. Ive stayed at this one many times. I think they need to invest in new beds. Our bed sucked. And ALL the Hamptons need better pillows.. i always loved staying at tjis Hampton. I think from here in i will stop at Hampton in another area. This 1 needs some investment for sure

I was very disappointed about the fact the hot tub was not working.. It was the reason for booking this stay at the Hampton instead of one of the other hotels within walking distance The room was pretty clean however I did find a few things. There was a small possibility poop stain on the wall by the bathtub. And somebody's kid there pooped all over the bathroom at the pool.

The toilet had pink mold in it, the drain in the tubs was full of hair, there was no plug to take a bath if we had wanted to, there were cobwebs in the windows, one in the bathroom behind the door with a spider and a piece of toilet paper in it.. There was no hand soap at the sink, no shower gel, the shampoo and conditioner were just above the empty line. The worst part was the light coming in the windows around the blackout shades, it was lit up all night and very hard to sleep. I have never stayed on the first floor and I won't do it again. We have stayed here several times before and it has always been excellent, but this first floor room seemed very neglected, The room was refreshed but only the showering products were filled..

Room 103 is noisy a lot of sound coming from storage room or kitchen area. It is also very bright in the room at night. Staff was helpful with extra towels and different pillows.
