The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.

The whole place is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool is always a hit with our kids. Close to anything you might need. We highly recommend staying here to eveyone.

only one chair in the room for 2 people...HDMI cable was removed from tv box ..coffee makers were removed from rooms was there previous stays ..head of the bed is lower than foot ,,hard to sleep,,lot of road noise .. no clocks in the room and if you want breakfast better be there before 9am

The bathroom was filthy. I wanted to take another shower when I got home immediately because of how dirty it was. I went through 5 clothes and 4 towels before finding a halfway clean one. The hairdryer had an exposed fan on it. The protective cover was missing.

Check in seemed rather slow...unexpected fees. Had trouble with the room door locking properly. Hot tub was not up. Had stayed there a few years back and was rather surprised how much it had aged. Bed very comfy, but the pillows were horrible...more like decorative cushions and extremely uncomfortable to try to sleep on

The lock on the room window was broken. The room was on the first floor and the window could be opened from the outside. In addition, another guest was very loud and could be heard from the room at 11 pm. I had to ask the person to be less noisy several times.

Very dissapointed as after we checked in we found out that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and would not be available for two weeks. The pool was one of the major reason for picking this facility. We should have been notified in advance to allow us to choose a different facility or at least a dicount at check in.

I booked two king suites, I was given two king rooms. Not the same value, not the same thing. The desk clerk would do nothing to remedy the situation. The rooms were awful. They were not clean, the water was brown and unusable, the Wi-Fi was not free, the outlets near the bed didn't work, the breakfast was also terrible. Please do not waste your money. Find somewhere else! This hotel is not habitable. You can get something so much better for cheaper.
