The only redeeming thing about the visit was the receptionist who checked us in. Breakfast consisted of about 6 sausage links, hard powdered eggs, there was no juice. If you didn’t drink coffee or hot chocolate you were out of luck. My husband said the milk was curdled. He tried to eat the breakfast muffins but they were rock hard. We had to ask for extra pillows there were 3 for 2 of us. Two of the pillows were more like for a toddler bed. I brought my bathing suit in hopes of getting in the hot tub, only to be told the pool area was closed for the season! We were right beside the mechanical room so, there were times when the noise was annoying! We paid for a king sized bed it was more like a full. Probably won’t be going back there anytime soon.

The room was poorly cleaned a bug popped out of the corner in the bathroom. They had to switch our room to a cleaner room. The whole reason we came here was to enjoy the pool and it was not open there were no notice of it being closed, so we checked out early and found another hotel and they did not give me any money back

The whole reason for booking the holtel was so my kid could swim and their pool was down for reservations which wasnt clear on the web site when i was booking so i told them i wasnt staying there with them that they should have made clear on there website so i just decided to drive the extra hours and fine somewhere new When i talked ro th3 guys at the counter they just kept saying there was nothing they could do didnt even offer to find a hotel close by with an indoor pool n hot tub since theirs was out of order they just kept saying u might as well stay ur gonna be changed for the room either way so i left

If you like mold in your shower, 2 years worth of dust in your vents, and luke warm showers then look no further! I will start with the staff - everyone I encountered was very sweet and helpful. We had zero issues with them whatsoever. The cleanliness, or lack thereof, was quite disappointing though. The first thing I noticed was a ring of black mold around the shower drain. It was coming off in chunks when the tub was turned on. The hole where ventilation was supposed to be was just an empty space and the vent that was in the shower room had tons of built up dust. We had to run the water for around 7 minutes prior to getting in the shower or else it was only lukewarm. The sink faucet was awful and kind of spit out water awkwardly. Neither the sink nor shower had good water pressure. We came from the west coast, so we ended up sleeping later than the breakfast was served on most days. The one day I did make it for breakfast, it consisted of stale bagels, a waffle maker (but no batter?), and some awful coffee. This place, unfortunately, is not worth even half of what we had to pay. We were in town for a memorial though, and I didn't have the chance to say anything regarding the state of our room.

The hotel has had some renovations done to the rooms. The bed was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was small and the sink was old. The room was none smoking but the room smelt like smoke when we walked in. Once the air conditioner was one the smell did go away. Breakfast had a nice variety, scrambled eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles, bagels, yogurt, juice & coffee
