One of the beds in our room had several bugs. Our pillows and sheets had stains on close inspection. The sink drained very slowly. Upon leaving, the manager just said since we pre paid on line we were S. o. L. We were very unsatisfied with accommodations with no recourse.

The hotel was ok. I didn't like the strong smell of bleach or whatever cleaning supply that was used. The bathroom shower curtsin was disgusting different on the bottom was was very stinky. Made the bathroom smell! I advise the to clean the base tile better. Very dirty!!!!

The manager after the second day said he didn’t know what I was talking about and made me prove the drain wasn’t working.Was there 16 days and my room and bathroom were never cleaned. Our room was filthy! There was a bottle under one bed and a plastic cup under the other plus other yuk!! Sheets were bad! No welcoming when I checked in and no comments from the gentleman when I checked out! Very rude!!!!! I have stayed in many many places and this was the worst hotel ever!

When we arrived to check in around 5:30p Saturday, Mr. Patel (name should have been a red flag) desk person said I had a reservation for one person for the night. There were 4 of us going to be staying in one room that had 2 double beds. Since when do you pay for the occupants that are going to be staying in room? He charged us an additional $45 to have 3 persons stay (4 total in the room) on top of the already $165.72. He said if the 3 persons would not be staying overnight that they could be at the hotel for 30 minutes and after that he was going to charge my card $150.00. If we hadn't been running late already we would have left. Sooo... our stay... the room has a terrible odor. The shower/tub has missing pieces out of it. We dared to try the so called continental breakfast (joke) you couldn't gag down the orange juice and the syrup for the waffles was sour! Picture on the website look ok is why we booked. They do not speak very good English. I would not recommend this place. And if you do decide to book it and had a person over to visit while you are in town, watch so your cc doesn't get charged. Never again!

Check the bathroom for mold before you unpack

Beds were super comfy. BUT the bathroom was awful! MOLD in/on the tub and surround, and hair in the tub (with a strange red film on the floor of the tub. AND the AC unit cover popped open and there was a TON of black mold on the vents of the unit and on the filter .... there was a musty smell in that area. The breakfast was sparse, but adequate: no fresh fruit options .... just heavy carbs (toast, bagels, waffles, sugar-coated dry cereal, muffins) and the juice dispenser was not right: the OJ was apple juice and the Apple Juice was OJ. They did accommodate us when I requested a main floor room (we were traveling with small children and a dog).
