This spacious 5-bedroom home offers the ideal combination of comfort, outdoor fun, and a quick 1-2 minute walk to our shared lake access points on both Devils AND Round Lake! It’s the perfect place for families, groups, and anyone looking to enjoy everything the Irish Hills area has to offer.
The home features five cozy bedrooms, including a dedicated office that doubles as an additional sleeping area with a fold-out bean bag that converts into a double bed. There’s also a dedicated workspace for guests working remotely.
Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, a drip coffee maker, coffee supplies, toaster, wine glasses, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Relax in comfortable living spaces with Smart TVs, tons of games, air conditioning, and heat.
Outside, guests can enjoy paddleboards, adult bikes, kids scooter, BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and beach towels for lake adventures.
One of the best perks of this property is the incredibly easy access to two shared lakefront spots:
• Devils Lake
• Round Lake
If you are facing the house from the street, Round Lake is a couple doors down on your left and Devils Lake is a few homes down on your right. Each dock can be accessed from the end of our streets. *There are subtle view of both lakes from the street/front porch if you are looking left and right.*
Guests are welcome to swim, launch paddle boards, and enjoy the shared docks.

-Open concept living with two living spaces, dining room open to the kitchen and peninsula with barstools.
-First floor has a full bath and laundry room just off of the kitchen.
-Walk out to the outdoor dining space directly off the living room.
-Walk upstairs to 5 bedrooms (one being an office with a pull-out full size bean bag).
-Upstairs you also have an additional full bathroom.
-Outside you have two porches, one facing the street with subtle water views on either side of the street.
-The porch off of the living room has outdoor dining and a bbq grill.

Boat/Docking Rules:
Please note that boats may not be tied up or left at either dock, as they are shared with neighboring properties. If you’d like to bring a boat, you may launch it at the public Devils Lake boat launch located at Manitou Beach Marina (only a 6-minute drive from the house) and park your trailer in the driveway, provided it does not block the street or neighboring properties. Please inquire directly with Manitou Beach Marina regarding fees, parking availability & rentals.
House rules: No parties or events of any kind. No smoking in or near the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and are strictly enforced. Provided speaker may not be used outside. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. No docking or launching at our docks. Driveway parking only.
Pet Rules: 1 dog maximum with paid pet fee. Dogs must remain on leash at all times and cannot go on neighbor's property. All feces must be picked up or additional fees will apply. Provided couch covers must be put on the sofas. If dog was at the lake, it must be toweled off prior to entering the home.
