Disliked: Cleanliness
The room appeared clean and in nice condition, however there was an over whelming smell of may be pine sol or other cleaning product, the laminate floor was slippery, almost greasy, it was 10pm and they had no other room available, I opened the door and window, then mopped the floor with a damp towel, turned out it wasn’t clean at all, the towel was very dirty, I told the manager about my issues the night before, she wasn’t happy that I may have ruined one of their towels, I was shocked to find out that after the experience I had, that was the first thing that came to her mind, later that day as I was traveling home the manager called me to tell me they where going to give
you a small credit to pass on to me,
Haven’t seen the credit on my card yet, they did make a small effort to make it right but to little to late in my opinion
