A wonderfully spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in a quiet location with a fantastic view of the golf course and the sea. From the terrace, you can see the port of Estepona. The apartment is fully equipped with all modern conveniences—Wi-Fi, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, television, etc.—and is furnished to make you feel right at home. There’s also a lovely terrace with a lounge set and a “coffee corner” where you can enjoy the sunrise in the early morning. The complex has 24/7 security; you can park in the garage and take the elevator to the apartment, which is located on the “first floor.” Since it’s built on a hill, the term “first floor” is relative. The complex also features 5 swimming pools spread throughout the grounds, as well as a padel court, all of which are available to you free of charge. A five-minute drive away is the Puerto de la Duquesa marina, where you can enjoy strolling around or having a drink or a meal at one of the many restaurants. There are beaches on both sides of the harbor, but they’re plentiful in this area—some examples include the beaches of Sabinillas, with a lovely promenade; Estepona, a 15-minute drive away; or, in the opposite direction, Sotogrande. So there’s plenty to choose from. If you’re looking for something different, a ten-minute drive away you’ll find beautiful trails where you can walk, hike, or visit Roman baths in a natural setting. From here, you can also walk to Casares, one of Andalusia’s beautiful white villages. If you’re in the mood for a city trip, no problem—Marbella, Ronda, Málaga, Gibraltar, Seville, and Tarifa are all within driving distance, ranging from twenty-five minutes to two hours. In short, you’ll want for nothing in the apartment and the park, and the surrounding area is so diverse that there’s plenty to do for everyone. You won’t be bored a single day.
