Ideal para niños

Nos ha encantado su ubicación, integrado en el pueblo, cercanía de bares y tiendas. Cercano al puente peatonal y bajar a la playa. Residencial luminoso, maravilloso, con las zonas comunes( piscinas) muy próximas. Parquin y ascensor de gran acierto. El interior del apartamento muy completo, bonito y cuidado. Podríamos mejorar los colchones, hay que cuidar al inquilino, lonetas de muelles que imposibilitan tu descanso. Hay que hacer más amenudo un mantenimiento de los grifos de los sanitarios, nos encontramos con la manguera de una de las ducha estropeada y de la goma salia agua. La estantería de aluminio que se encuentran en el baño está oxidada, deberían de retirarla.
