The balcony has sun loungers, dining furniture and has views of the beach, sea and the small fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa.
Located in the very popular beachfront complex of Los Granados de la Duquesa. The complex has very well maintained manicured gardens, a large lagoon style swimming pool ideal for smaller children, underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina, both of which have a good selection of bars and restaurants.
Communal facilities are subject to availability.
