Poor hotel with good service

The hotel garage is a nightmare; underground, dark, very tight with pillars everywhere. The reception is manned from 11 to 22 except from during fiesta. The receptionists are very friendly and helps all they can, but the quality of the hotel is poor. Eventually the AC cooled the room sufficiently, but our bed was hard and not so comfortably. The shower and bathroom was very basic. No breakfast available. We had a toast at one of the breakfast restaurants in the neighborhood. That worked fine for us. Price was low and reflected the condition of the hotel. Sabinillas and La Duquesa Marina have some good restaurants and were a pleasant surprise. Thumbs up for the gentle employees at the front desk!

Great location, right next to beach, and restaurants of Sabinillas, and just a short pleasant walk into Duquesa Port. Hotel staff were always very friendly and super helpful. Free secure hotel garage parking a bonus. Good WiFi and AirCon in room. Stayed for 7 nights, room cleaned every day, great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

UN DESASTRE!!

Un desastre! Por trabajo viajo mucho y estos se han cubierto de gloria! no estan en recepcion esperandote como dice la web, solo ciertas horas. cuando llegas te encuentras cerrado el hotel y con un cartel con el horario. llame y me dijeron que esperara hasta las 5 de la tarde que abrian.. o sea hora y media tirado en la calle con las maletas( si llego a la 1 del medio dia hubieran sido 4horas tirao. luego la habitacion muy caliente y el aire se empezó a notar a las 5 o 6 horas encendido. para colmo habia partido de la seleccion en tve1, y no lo tenian sintonizado y ni pudieron luego, me lo perdi. el personal nunca hizo ni el atismo de compensarme por todo ello. FATAL!!!

Hotel bueno pero con detalles muy mejorables.

El hotel es sencillo pero cómodo y muy bien situado. La cama era muy grande y confortable aunque eché de menos alguna almohada extra. El mueble del baño está deteriorado y debería cambiarse. El ascensor necesita una revisión y el parking es un sótano en bruto sin ningún acondicionamiento con un acceso estrechísimo. Por lo demás, todo muy bien y el personal superamable.

Good short stay

The gentleman on reception was super friendly and helpful. The room was basic but sort of comfortable and bathroom good. Strong, fast WiFi in room and free secure basement parking a real bonus, if not a necessity, as pay street parking in the area is of a premium. No food served at this hotel, and restaurants/bars etc. in the area did not open before 10.00hrs at the earliest for breakfast. Excellent location. Ten meters from both beach and restaurants.
