The layout is flexible: the main house comfortably sleeps 6 with a full kitchen, living room with Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. For groups up to 8, the lower-floor studio is available—a bright apartment with its own bathroom, living area with views, and fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for privacy within your group or multigenerational stays.



Comfort is assured: in 2025, new, efficient air conditioning will be installed in all rooms. Outside, the communal pool (open year-round) features saltwater chlorination, perfect for sensitive skin and children.
