I understand that it is uncommon to have toilet paper in toilets across the Philippines, but ther isnt even a bidet option. It would be a great amenity to offer your guests who visit the toilets in the swimming pool area and the reception area toilets...for hygienic purposes. Also soap, for washing hands is a non-negotiable. There weren't even hand sanitisers available. But there were signs everywhere promoting good hygiene. Also, the toilets in the bedrooms are glass showerscreens. They offer no privacy or sound proofing. It would have been really good to know this before we booked. But it would be great to have alternatives if only the hotel would leave the toilets in the common areas unlocked so we could use them. As sometimes 2 people need to use the toilet at the same time. Or would like privacy. The common balcony area was not accessible to us as we had not signed a safety waiver. It would have been great to have been told about this on checkin. Also, the windows are sealed shut, so cannot get any fresh air. There is no potable water available. So we had to constantly buy water. I would have been happy to pay for drinking water as a service instead of adding to the plastic bottle pile. Good location, good swimming pool despite construction, bad amenities.

NO FRILLS BUT GREAT SERVICE, LOCATION A typical three-star hotel with no frills and basic amenities. Given the tiny size of the room and paper thin walls, it was fairly noisy and I could hear the next door guests snore and chat. What I liked the most was the friendly staff and great location at the heart of Makati City. There's a decent 24-hour restaurant and a couple of convenience stores in walking distance. The overhead pathway takes one directly to GreenBelt and other malls.

Rooms as fairly small and often look different from what you booked online so be mindful when booking this hotel. Told by reception that the main difference between the rooms will be the room size rather than the actual layout of what you see on advertised photos. Otherwise location is good, lots of 24/7 shops/restaurant around which is convenient.

I liked nothing. TV barely work, repeated had to call maintenance; they deceitfully tried to control volume. No Netflix, prime or youtube. Might have been better to have had no TV. They promised room service that never came. No trash can’s in any of the rooms. Upon checkout they had the nerve to try to make me wait while they inspected the room. This was an insult considering all the mishaps.

This so-called hotel or mini-suite is a masterclass in neglecting basic guest needs. Hospitality? Not even close. If you’re thinking of ordering takeout or enjoying a warm cup of coffee, think again—there’s no microwave in the room, and shockingly, not even one at the front desk. The absence of such a simple amenity speaks volumes about their disregard for comfort and convenience. One can’t help but suspect this omission isn’t accidental. It feels like a calculated move—likely part of an arrangement with nearby restaurants to funnel guests into spending more locally, rather than allowing them the dignity of reheating their own food. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s manipulative.
