I’m very disappointed with the accommodations, booked 5 months ahead hoping to have a great stay, the room was very filthy, smelly, wet carpet and so we have asked to be moved. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. But the food was delicious.

The staff was great, but the building does show its age. The water temperature fluctuates frequently when taking a shower. The dome lights in the bathroom and room were hanging out of the roof a little and need repair. The breakfast gives you a good selection of different types of foods to choose from. The room was clean, and the staff was more than accommodating. For the price, I would stay there again in the future.

Everyone at the Heritage were kind and courteous. The surprise upgrade made our stay even better. The food was good too! We ordered pizza and pancit. So good to eat and share. We hosted family for NYE and got a great view of the New Year’s fireworks world. Thanks for the memorable stay. We’ll be back the next time we come to Manila.
