I love this hotel!! It is an older hotel but the service is top notch. Clean and the food is supberb. Everytime, I come to the Philippines, this is where i would stay. Not too far from the aiport. Staff are really nice!

The room was nice and clean ….. maybe a little too cold lol. The staff were wonderful; went a step above and beyond all the time and customized dishes in the restaurant. Location is great…. Just caution to use a taxi or grab rather than walking.

Room is clean but the bathroom is clogging. The same problem when I stayed a year ago. Windows are not "sound proof" as you can hear car noises all night long. I used to work in this hotel when it was still The Regent of Manila as Income Auditor. This place was very exclusive and very quiet. The freeway in front makes it worst as you can hear the sound of cars passing all night. I still love this hotel because I met my wife here (co-worker) I always stay here each time I am on vacation. Staff are courteous and very customer oriented.
