Complete with fast WIFI, Netflix, microwave, all that you need for light cooking, bath amenities(soap, shampoo,toothbrush, toothpaste, towels & tissue) and free filtered water. This unit is located in Mezza Residences 1. Copy of ID for guest/s will be requested upon booking as this is required by Condo Administration for issuing of guest pass.

The space
The space is a beautifully designed minimalist white interior with matte black accent for contrast.

Guest access
Lounge in the 5th level open area and playground.

Registered Guests can have access to the swimming pools ( adult & kids) , just proceed to the Admin Office at level 4 and pay pool fee or you may inform the host in advance so coupons can be purchased from the Admin prior to your arrival. Pool fee is 200/pax for regular days and 300/pax on Holidays. Mondays are reserved for pool cleaning.

Paid parking is available in front of the lobby(limited) 60 pesos first 2 hours and 10 pesos every succeeding hour and in front of Savemore 30 pesos per hour.

Gym access for Unit owners and long term (1year) tenants only.

Other things to note
PRE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
The Condominium Administration requires all Guest to submit valid I.D's to register and be given Guest Pass to keep throughout the stay.

After booking, please email us a copy of your valid id's and passport (if Foreigner).

CHECK IN/OUT
Standard check-in starts at 2PM and check-out at 11 noon. In-person check-in & out with the host or representative is a must. Standard check is done upon Check out and guest accepts full responsibility otherwise.
