WE NEED A COMPLETE REFUND BECAUSE WHEN WE CAME TO THE RESIDENCE, WE WERE ADVISED THAT THERE WAS NO ROOM BOOKED FOR US AND THE HOST NAMED "FRITZ ADAMS HILIG" DOESN'T EXIST AND THE SECURITY & OTHER UNIT OWNERS THERE SAID THAT SHE SCAMMED MANY. SO WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED. WE HAVE REPORTED IT TO THE ADMIN OF THE RESIDENCE BUT I HOPE THEY CAN ALSO DO SOME ACTION TO WARN OTHER PEOPLE OF THIS SCAMMER! PLEASE , WE DEMAND A COMPLETE REFUND!
