The hotel is ideally suited for the business district and the shopping Malls. In f@ct Landmark, Greenbelt etc are just around the corner. Hotel itself is ‘tired’ and needs some attention. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a well provisioned kitchen area which was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic location, shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walking distance. Excellent selection of restaurants and shops from small convenience stores to High end luxury retailer's. Very friendly and helpful staff. We always use this hotel and will be staying there again in a few days time and probably again next time we visit Manila.

We always stay at the Prince Plaza II Hotel when we are visiting Manila. The staff are superb, very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants within close walking distance. We would recommend to anyone.

Their is a problem with one of the lifts but the staff are extremely helpfull and help in every way to counter the problem, great hotel and fantastic location the staff are very friendly and the service is very very good. Stayed many times and will be staying again next week. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Makati near Greenbelt 5.
