I booked with hotel.com Than received a message at the bottom saying had to rebook another booking reservation….than I got charged for that stay.. my girlfriend and I still went to the property to confirm it wasn’t booked. The guard on duty said they had know reservations under Hamilton. Call the property and the girl said we had no reservation
