Courteous staff, room clean but starting to look tired. Room service menu is via a QR code stuck to a wall. Currently, car parking only available for 7 or 8 cars, when full you have to go to nearby multistory car park.

I have stayed here many times over the years. No problem. Earlier this year, the water was out for construction. You should never rent a hotel room when there will be no water. Now, this time, we were NOT told there was very loud construction outside our room. It was pile driving loud and shaking your body and mind. It was torment trying to sleep before my travel to USA. All day til 10pm. I was not offered a room on the other side, nor warned of the noise. Construction until 2027 will cause me to find a new regular hotel, after all these years. Any person visiting for sleep; which what a hotel room is suppose to be for, construction for over 1 more year, would be bad for your peace.

The hotel was excellent. However, I am spoiled by the Wyndham Hotel chain having a microwave in a standard room. I hope they follow USA Wyndham standard. But overall was excellent for shopping at MOA and many restaurant by the Manila Bay!
