Arriving and checking in was a little confusing but once I was in contact with room manager he made us feel like we lived there. Nice room, nice view, tons of nice restaurants to choose from just steps away. Parking was cheap close to the elevators. I would stay here again.

Great location near the most beautiful Venice mall. I love the view from my balcony overlooking the gondola waterway below. Sunrise view is nice. The air cond is modern, quiet and efficient . King Bed is very comfortable. Lots of great restaurants after the mall opens at 10am. I also appreciate that I was able to arrange for a late check in on new years eve after midnight! This is a relief after 18 hours of international flight. I am grateful to the staff.

Spacious room for my unit (15E) and great view of Venice canal from my balcony. It has a small kitchen, dinette with 2 seating, and a good washroom with toiletries provided. Check-in was slow and painful, but overall it's a pleasant stay.

Very noisy! Dogs barking constantly at night next door. Horrible smell (probably dog poop or other sewer related smells) the whole floor (Floor 19). There was an electric black out for over 7 hours and no hot water for 2 days! The condition of the unit is horribly poor (things peeling, balcony . door keeps opening / door latch not working
