Very noisy! Dogs barking constantly at night next door. Horrible smell (probably dog poop or other sewer related smells) the whole floor (Floor 19). There was an electric black out for over 7 hours and no hot water for 2 days! The condition of the unit is horribly poor (things peeling, balcony . door keeps opening / door latch not working

I gave 3 stars because there was no bathrobe, the heater in the shower wasn’t turned on, my husband had to turn it on himself, and there was no extra toilet paper.

Excellent room with view. Right next to Venice shopping center, which is beautiful, upscale, with shops, restaurants, and gondola rides. This area does not exhibit the poor life conditions prevalent in this country. We were so comfortable here that we did not even go downtown during our 2-day stay.

Staff was prompt and very helpful in getting checked-in. The place was very clean. My only suggestion would be the water temperature because it was just a bit warm and I like it medium hot. The location is very convenient as the mall is just below the place. The garden area on the third floor was very nice and highlighted all the towers, making it very beautiful to take photos and videos. I would stay again next time in Manila.

Ordinary room with NO WORKING TV. Had staff visit 4 times to confirm and did nothing to help. Was moved to another room with working HBO from other guests. No fresh water given and sink didn’t drain. Owner ignored me completely.

Everything is perfect. Venetian BGC is just downstairs with lots of convenience stores nearby. The only gripe I had with it is the pool isn’t available during my stay. Aside that everything else is perfect
