Room was clean and simple. Check in was slow because it was busy and only 2 check in counters were open. Shower water pressure and hot water temperature is excellent. The bathroom floor can be slippery when wet so be careful. Like the hanger space in the room and the window view with no ledge is great. Breakfast buffet is 999PHP quite costly for the food that was offered. Breakfast room was small compared to the size and amount of guests- there was a waitlist to dine at peak hours. Airport shuttle is every hour and a half only. I saw the pool from my window which looks great but I didn’t use it due to my length of stay. Besides that I haven’t seen other amenities.

The room was clean, but everything else was not up to 4 stars! I would give 3 starts. Shuttle service is always book, sooooo many things they are out of. Looks like bar has drinks, but when you ask for stuff, they are out of most things. Overall not so good experience

First off. The hotel in itself is fine. However, it houses 1800+ guests. Only four people available via check in, and only 4 available working lifts. 1 hour and 40 minutes queue to check in. 25 minutes wait for the lift to check out (no stairs). The lobby is packed beyond belief and total chaos.

Breakfast has variety. Staff are wonderful and respectful. I don’t have to worry for shuttle to go to Ninoy International Airport. We just reserved the date and we’re taken there for free.
