I had a nice stay here, although I picked a seemingly poor time to stay here due to a convention— therefore it was VERY busy. Elevator wait times were absurd. Hotel is located rather conveniently to the airport though. Overall, it earns 4 stars with the 1 star being circumstantial with wait times to do handle things or use the elevator (if I recall, only 2 out of the 5? elevators were operational).

Great staff! Friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great if you go early in the morning. There are some long lines after 8 am. The food was excellent with a good selection. . Rooms were clean and functional. Down side was the hotel shuttle can not be found at the airport. Overall a good value.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no hair dryer or iron in the room but just ask.and they deliver to your room. Its close to the airport, mall of asia, ayala mall. Just make sure you dont get the room on 7th floor facing the swimming pool as people can see your room when you open the curtain and that unfortunately happen to me on my 2 day stay there.
