Hotel was very clean, and staff very friendly. Close to shops , markets and restaurants. Downside is the traffic noise outside is loud, but it is a city centre hotel, so can't be helped. Would definitely stay here again.

I didn’t like that the manager was always trying to get me to pay more. Need to check in early? 2,500 Pesos. Have a friend stay in the room, double the price. Really sleazy people… or maybe that’s just how things are done in PH??

All the staffs were very approachable at all times and trusted as well. The room cleaner in the 8th floor was very honest. And i wanna have my nxt stay on the same flr since i had that excellent experience wd this worker, consider him as a son to me and to my husband.
