To the owner, fix the problems.

My overall stay was ok. Seem to get more frustrated each time I stay here seapute showing my loyalty. Check in took a okng time and there was an issue with hecking in that resulted in having tonpay 2k Pesos for my fiance to stay with me although that was partly a mistake on my side for boking a single occupancy room. Room des riptiin should clearly state that you have to declare everyone ataying in the room which wohld make is a dible room despute eing the same room. Eventually got my room after the manager hecked it dor some reason. But on inspection the pillows were dirty and had to have them changed. One of the lifts is still not sorking after how many months! The lift situation is a joke and people have to wait so long. Also there is very little AC in the reception let alone the lift and not good when you have elderly guests there waiting too. It has to be so hot for the staff too who have to work in tiose conditions. Maybe the owner should prioritise these things for the wellbeing of all that use the hotel. I hope that the lift gets fixed soon as it has been too long and everyone has to pule in to whatever lift decides to turn up. By the time you get to your room, you are sweating. Spend a little money to fix these issues rather tha nlettinf them fester to the detriment of all guests.

We stayed overnight in this hotel while waiting for our flight back to Boston the next morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Their beds were the best I've slept in for a while and were very cozy. The location to BGC was just across the street and my family and I were able to walk to the mall, shopping stores, and had dinner at one of the nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property itself is very conveniently placed near SM Aura, Market Market and High Street BGC, and the staff do an amazing job and clean your room very timely and thoroughly. The one thing I didn’t like very much was how difficult it was for my Grab drivers to access the hotels especially during rush hour (mainly because the property is also close to the slum areas). Otherwise, my stay was fantastic!

On the 9th fl. you could here all the noises on the streets. Paid cash in advance as per their request(6 days) had to remind them to give receipt of payments. Staff are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping are always ready to cater for all our needs. Breakfast buffet sucks. Flies and very hot/warm in the lobby.
