Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It is located in a very safe place and connected to a mall and other high end hotel chains. All staff were welcoming and helpful from valet, security, reception and restaurant. Our room was very clean (apart from a used colgate mouthwash that was in the amenities drawer). The speaker/sound system was lacking bass. I don't think the subwoofer was working properly. Pool area and sauna was amazing as well as the staff managing the spa and gym area.

Wow! Luxurious, stylish & aesthetically gorgeous. The hotel had a wonderful feeling as soon as you walk in the building. The smell was like cherry blossoms, architectural with champagne, gold & ebony design, room was invitingly pleasant & rooftop pool / bar has the best view of Manila.
