Clean and staff were helpful Had trouble with a-c although a nice guy did come and fix it at 4am. I found the breakfast disappointing. It’s a top rated breakfast here. I appreciate that it may vary from time to time but I didn’t think there was that much variety. Such a lot of great reviews here for this hotel so maybe it was just an off day.

I love the comfort of this hotel- with refrigerator,microwave and with special needs accessibility when we asked for it. The only thing that we want is a water dispenser so it’s easier for us get it and not buy from outside facility.It’s clean but not so immaculately clean. The receptionists and the rest of the staff are so helpful and courteous. The place is accessible for all our needs. We will recommend this hotel to our friends. Thank you! We love our stay.

The hotel NEED a huge renovation, the room, bathroom, hallways are filthy.. the breakfast buffet need more choices and the foods need improvement. The security guard was excellent and really concerns with your well being. We’re supposed to stay for 8 nights but we end up staying 2 nights only and we lost those 6 nights, because I can’t stand it’s so dirty. To the owner or management of this hotel you need a HUGE improvement it’s not the issue on the house keeping but just it’s really worn out .

Staff were all very courteous and helpful, but the building is old and run down. We didn't have a working water heater in our room but the maintenance staff swapped it out right away. The rooms were relatively clean, but the bathroom could really use a deep clean. Lots of grime in the corners of the shower and on the sliding door.

There were a variety of issues with our stay at Hotel 101 that made this experience one of the worst ever. The front line staff is very good, however Hotel 101 is one of the most poorly managed and maintained properties I've ever seen.

We stayed 17 nights here. The good: the staff were helpful and friendly; the location is a short walk from the Mall of Asia; affordable; and the short to average drive to the airport. The bad: condition of hotel—the entrance looks fairly updated, however once you are in your room, the age of the hotel shows, particularly in the bathroom and the AC (very loud, sounds like it’s dying). The hotel is very busy, which does indicate the desirability of the location. I only wish the owners of the hotel would prioritize renovating the hotel such as improving the bathroom and replacing the AC.

room is very clean a/c has an odor when turned on but will be gone after few minutes. very minimal gym or exercise equipment. swimming pool is clean all around. breakfast is ok but can be better. coffee is "meh", i think over brewed.
