A. Parking
1. Commercial parking: Php45.00 for the first 3 hours, Php15.00/hour thereafter.
2. Overnight parking (12:00AM to 7:00AM) is 300.00 + Parking Fee. Check with the attendant to make sure.
3. Monthly Parking is 5,000.00
4. Lost Parking Ticket is 250.00 Plus Parking Fee
5. Illegal Parking is 1,000.00/Day
B. Swimming Pool, Gym and Sports Facilities (at the 10th Floor)
1. Residential swimming pool: Open 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (except Mondays). Free for the first 4 guests, Php200.00/head for additional guests. Reservation at the guard's counter is required a day prior to using the pool.
2. 1 FREE GYM access is available. Just let the attendant know you are from unit 2008B. If there is no attendant, just help yourself at the gym.
3. Membership or daily passes are available for other sports facilities, Sauna and jacuzzi. Call VS Sports Club at +63 927 559 7631 or check their website at www.victoriasportsclub.com for more information.
C. Dining, Entertainment and others
1. Fine Dining and entertainment are available at VS Convention Center hotel or visit at https://www.vshotel.com.ph/dining for more information
2. There is also a restaurant at the ground floor of the building or some walkable restaurant outside the building: Max on the north side, by the gas station, or some restaurant along Timog Avenue on the south side of the building.
3. Laundry Service is at building A ground floor. You can ask the guard for direction.
4. 7/11 is at the ground floor for your immediate needs.
======================================= B. Housekeeping
IMPORTANT: Make sure NOT to set the AC temperature to LOWER THAN 23 Degrees. Setting the temperature too low will cause internal freezing and damage the AC. If this happens you will lost AC supply during your stay and penalty can be charged depending on the cost of the repair. Our AC is NEW and well maintained but setting it too low will damage the AC.
1. ALWAYS turn-off the lights and Aircon whenever you are going out of the unit for more than 30 minutes. The condo takes only few minutes to cool down.
2. ALWAYS keep the door completely closed to avoid bugs, fruit flies and roaches to get in the unit. We regularly do pest control weekly or in-between guests but if you see any bugs inside, spray them with Baygon right-away. We put out the spray by the kitchen and in the bedroom for your easy access. Some tiny roaches can easily sneak in from outside and you need to spray them right-away as we see them.
3. Keep the windows and balcony door closed at all times to confine the cool air inside and avoid dust from coming in.
4. DO NOT flush leftover food or any solid objects in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Secure leftover food and solid wastes in a plastic bag and put them in the trash. Garbage room is outside (next door on the right)
5. DO NOT flush paper towels in the toilet and minimize flushing of toilet paper.
6. No eating or drinking on the bed or in the bedroom. Please enjoy your food at the bar counter or by the coffee table.
7. If you have minor, kids or toddlers, keep watch to ensure they are not going out to the balcony or climbing at the loft.
8. If you have minor, kids or toddlers, make sure their hands are NOT stained with food or sauce when touching the fabric surface/furniture. Guest will be charged extra or damages for permanent stain on the furniture or fabric surface or on the walls.
9. NO cooking, heating up of dried fish or fermented fish seafood (daing/bagoong) or any strong smelled seafood and durian inside the condo.
10. NO bringing in of unsealed dried fish, fermented sea food/durian in the condo.
11. If the condo is left with strong odor due to the above, we need to steam and fumigate the condo and will charge the guest extra Php 3,000.00 at the minimum cost for this extra cleaning service.
12. There is no bidet in the condo as it was not advisable due to the exceeding water pressure in the building.
13. When using the shower, the drain might get clogged with hair or think shower get foam/bubbles. Just remove the drain cap to clear it. Or better yet, remove the drain cap before you start the shower and put it back after.
14. Segregate garbage into compost and recycle materials. Garbage room is outside (the Nextdoor on the right)
15. Always make sure you have the main door RFID with you when you go out to make sure you will not be locked out. If you are locked out, you need to call Jomarlyn to open the door. She is about 30 minutes away from Mandaluyong and you need to reimburse her transportation/taxi. Lost RFiD will cost you 2,500.00.
