Staff was professional, helpful and kind. However, when I booked the hotel room I paid for breakfast to be included for my stay, but was told upon arrival that breakfast for anyone beyond the first person would be an extra charge. Additionally I did not think the initial hotel registration made it clear the room I selected would be having a bed that was lower to the ground than normal.

Fantastic hotel! This is our second visit and we have a third visit booked. Love their breakfast buffets and the food is top-notch. But what gives the hotel that 5th star is the service. Amazing staff like Chris at the Lobby Bar. He was very attentive and friendly. I hope to see him again. Arjohn at La Meza, who had a great smile that matched his service. And finally Yuri, our room attendant. Provided all our needed extras with quality and respect. You have a loyal customer in me. Thank you all!

Overpriced, the rooms are extremely small, and the corridors smell musty. Staff are not friendly, they are like robots and only follow protocol and are not flexible with tourists.

The hotel has wonderful facilities. The food at the restaurant is tasty although way more expensive than other places. I do think they need to work a little bit on the humidity that there is in the rooms because for paying so much I would expect this area to be better. There was a strong humidity smell in the room and even my clothes got it so I really disliked this about this property.
