The hotel staff were great. Thank you to Jericho for taking care of us during breakfast and to Jeffrey during the times we had dinner. The location of this hotel was a great advantage. It was so close to St. Luke's and everything else. We really didn't need to go anywhere else. We will definitely stay here again.

5 minute walking distance to St. Luke’s Hospital. 10 minute walk to High Street which has a lot of shops and restaurants. Room was very nice and so were the staff. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Breakfast consisted of a wide variety of delicious food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We didn't like the absence of parking in front or back of the building. Had to harry getting in and out the vehicle. During certain times of the day, we had to wait a while for an elevator and sometimes couldn't get in because the elevator was already packed.

The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop.

Disappointing experience. While the location is convenient, the stay did not justify the high price. The shower drained very slowly, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room enough, and the hotel only provided two towels, which felt inadequate. The reception staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. For a hotel in this price range, I expected better facilities, service, and overall comfort. Unfortunately, I don’t feel it was worth the money.
